Take notice that on 10 July 2014, Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited, the mortgagee by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7770392.3, entered into possession of the property situated at 22 Wimborne Crescent, Aranui, Christchurch, being all the land comprised in certificate of title CB35D/424 (Canterbury Land Registry) (“the property”) pursuant to a Court Order sealed on 30 October 2014 granting the mortgagee vacant possession of the property.
