Take notice that on or about 3 September 2014, Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7408603.2, entered into possession of the property situated at 126A Higgins Road, Hamilton, being all the land comprised in certificate of title SA38C/911 (South Auckland Land Registry).
The registered office of Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited is at 45 Queen Street, Auckland.
