Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 8949953.2 (Wellington Land Registry), Identifier WN45D/199 ("the mortgage"), and in the matter of Jonathan Arthur Watson and Anita Hanakawhi Anderson:
Thomas Raymond Dixon Anderson and Norma Janet Anderson ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby give notice that they have entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 20 August 2014.
The description of the mortgaged land is 933 Wanganui Road, Marton, being an estate in fee simple comprising 5100 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 DP 79155.
