TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 17 July 2014.
The description of the mortgaged land is 65 Newall Street, Kawerau, being an estate in fee simple comprising 751 square metres, more or less, Lot 15 DP 4603 (South Auckland Land Registry).
