To: Smart Logistics Limited.
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act
2007, and in the matter of the mortgage over goods
("the security agreement"), pursuant to a term loan agreement dated the 26th day of November 2013 between Greenlight Capital Limited and Navinash Vinod Kumaran and the deed of guarantee and indemnity dated the 26th day of November 2013 between Smart Logistics Limited and Greenlight Capital Limited over the following mortgaged goods ("the collateral"):
2009 Volkswagen Crafter, Registration No.: EUY973, VIN: WV1ZZZ2E796017504.
Greenlight Capital Limited (the mortgagee under the security agreement) gives notice that, as at the date of this notice, the mortgagee has taken possession of the collateral, which is subject to the security interest that:
(a) was created or provided for in the security agreement; and
(b) was perfected on 28 November 2013 upon registration of financing statement FM1794JR955708WJ.
