Rotoiti Trust Services Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 1 April 2014.
The description of the land is the property having legal description as an estate in fee simple, being certificate of title 130488 Lot 2 DP 331773.
