Notice of Appointment of Public Trust as Manager
Under Part VII of the Public Trust Act 2001
Pursuant to section 100(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that on 20 December
2013, an order was made by the High Court of New Zealand at Christchurch, under Part VII of the Public Trust Act
2001, appointing Public Trust as manager of the property
of Orfeur George Parker (deceased), as described in
the Schedule hereto.
Schedule
A section of land situated at Regent Street, Springfield,
and described in Computer Freehold Register CB22/182 (Canterbury Land Registration District).
