Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove MERLOT I.T. LIMITED (in liquidation), having its registered office at Level 1, Shed 24, Princes Wharf, 147 Quay Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar is 7 March 2014.
