Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Application to remove the above-named company from the Register of Companies has been made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) have been filed with the Registrar.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 23 October 2014.
