Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From the Register by Transfer of Incorporation
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
RVNZ INVESTMENTS LIMITED hereby gives notice that it intends, after 15 November 2014, to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Victoria, Australia.
