Notice of Intention to Remove Entities From
the Register
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final reports for the above-named entities have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies and it is now intended that these entities be removed from the Companies Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the entities, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar not later than 8 October 2014.
