Public Notice of Intention to Remove Incorporated Society From the Register
Pursuant to Section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies
Act 1908
Notice is given of the intention to remove THE NATIONAL PREFERRED MEDICINES CENTRE INCORPORATED (in liquidation) from the Register of Incorporated Societies on the grounds of the delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar.
Any objections to the intended removal must be delivered
to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies no later than
9 October 2014.
