Notice of Intention to Remove Trust From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report has been filed with the Registrar of Trusts.
It is now intended to remove the trust from the Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the trust, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
