I, Colin Anthony Latham Gower, joint liquidator of TAUHARA HAULAGE 2000 LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at BDO Christchurch,
30 Sir William Pickering Drive, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar the liquidators' final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 26 September 2014.
