Notice of Intention to Remove Charitable Trust

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators' final report has been given to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the trust from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the trust, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
