Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove BASQUE CENTRAL LIMITED (in liquidation), having its registered office at 49 Victoria Road, Devonport, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar is 17 July 2014.
