Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is given of the intention to remove NEWEY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register
of Companies, in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds of delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a).
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 18 July 2014.
