Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Notice is of the intention to remove MRSVP LIMITED
(in liquidation) from the Register of Companies, in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the final liquidation documents have been delivered to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a).
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 11 July 2014.
