Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Notice is given of the intention to remove VANTAGE AUTOMOTIVE AND AUTO ELECTRICAL LIMITED
(in liquidation) from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds of the delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a).
Any objections to the intended removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Please Note: The business trading as "Vantage Auto" was sold on 30 March 2012 to Jamie Rouse of Vantage Auto Diagnostics Limited, with the business continuing to trade as normal under the new management.
Accordingly, this notice relates to the removal from the Register of Companies of the original company VANTAGE AUTOMOTIVE AND AUTO ELECTRICAL LIMITED as part of the normal legal process of removing a company
and is in no way related to the ongoing business owned and operated by Jamie Rouse.
