Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act")

I hereby advise I have requested the Registrar of Companies to remove the above-named company from the Register.
The request is made in accordance with section 318(1)(e)
of the Act on the grounds that I have filed with the Registrar the final liquidation reports and made the appropriate declarations as required under section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
Any objections to this request must be made to the Registrar, under section 321 of the Act, by 23 June 2014.
The company liquidation is complete and all realisation proceeds have been distributed.
