Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove ICA ORTHO SERVICES (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation), having its registered office at 49 Victoria Road, Devonport, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such an objection no later than 13 June 2014.
