Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove the above-named companies, having their registered offices at 49 Victoria Road, Devonport, Auckland, from the Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such an objection no later than 30 May 2014.
