Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Companies From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended that the Registrar
of Companies will remove the above-named companies from the Companies Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been delivered to the Registrar.
Pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objections to the removals must be delivered to the Registrar not later than 20 April 2014.
