Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, John Alexander Lowther, insolvency practitioner of Lowthers Auckland Limited, liquidator of the above-named company, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar of Companies the final reports and notices of intention to remove, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
Destruction of all remaining books and records will occur
12 months from the date of completion pursuant to
section 256 of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 31 January 2014.
