Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Notice is given of the intention to remove SILVERDALE RETAIL LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register
of Companies, in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of
the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds of the delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a).
Any objections to the intended removal must be delivered
to the Registrar of Companies no later than 10 April 2014.

Note: The company was solvent and all known creditors have been paid.
Note Also: This was a voluntary liquidation commenced by shareholders following cessation of the company's activities.
