Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Registered Office: BDO Christchurch, 30 Sir William Pickering Drive, Burnside, Christchurch.
We, Colin Gower and Jeffrey Hart, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholders on 29 January 2013.
Jeffrey Hart has left BDO and accordingly also vacated his position as a joint and several liquidator of the company and, effective from 15 May 2013, was replaced by Stephen Tubbs of BDO Christchurch.
We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 15 April 2014.
