Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, James Stewart Murray, liquidator of TWIN OCEANS LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level 1, 178 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Orewa, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended that the company be removed from the Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 17 March 2014.
