Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Biju Surendran, liquidator of NEW ZEALAND HUNAN FOREIGN ECONOMIC CORPORATION LIMITED
(in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at
844 Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Auckland, hereby give notice that, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act
1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report
on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar
of Companies is no later than 31 March 2014.
