GO MY TRAVEL PTY LTD, domiciled at Auckland, being the subsidiary branch of Australian company GO MY TRAVEL PTY LTD (ACN 006196434, registered Melbourne, Victoria), officially ceased trading/operations on 31 January 2014.
It is the intention of GO MY TRAVEL PTY LTD and its board of directors to execute the deregistration of GO MY TRAVEL PTY LTD with the Companies Office on or before 30 May 2014.
GO MY TRAVEL PTY LTD will not be preparing nor publishing audited financial statements for the financial year ending 30 June 2014.
Any and all public objections as to the deregistration of
GO MY TRAVEL PTY LTD should be lodged in writing with the Companies Office, Northern Business Centre, Private Bag 92061, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142, within three months after the date of publication of this notice.
