Notice by Overseas Companies of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

In the matter of section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of RDMCO INTERNATIONAL INC and RING MANAGEMENT COMPANY INC:

Notice is hereby given that the overseas companies intend to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and applications for the removal of the companies from the Overseas Register will be made three months after the date of this notice.
