Notice is hereby given that SCHLUMBERGER SEACO INC, an overseas company incorporated in Panama, registered as an overseas company under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies (not earlier than three months after the date of this notice) stating the company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the date specified in that notice.
