Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that LANDMARK GLOBAL EXPORTS INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will apply to be removed from the Overseas Company Register after the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice.
