ELLUCIAN AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of Australia and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341(1)(a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
