Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, QUANTUM ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD gives notice that after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
