Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

THE GREATNESS GROUP, a company incorporated in Canada, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, after the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice, the company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies that it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
