Notice is hereby given that CIRQUE DU SOLEIL AMERICA, INC. intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will be applying to the Companies Registrar to be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of the publication of this notice in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
