Overseas Register
Notice is hereby given, under section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company will be removed from the Overseas Company Register three months from the date of publication of this notice.
Note: This company has never taken any business activity in New Zealand since its registration on the Overseas Register on 3 December 2013.
