Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that HSBC INTERNATIONAL TRUSTEE LIMITED, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
HSBC INTERNATIONAL TRUSTEE LIMITED will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Register of Overseas Companies not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
