Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is given that Tamboran, a company incorporated
in Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in
New Zealand.
Tamboran will give notice to the Registrar to remove the company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
