Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
ASIAN DRILLING SERVICES PTE. LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice under section 341(1)(a) of that Act of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
