Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the branch of EMENDEE PTY LTD will be removed from the
New Zealand Companies Office Register.
This notice relates to the New Zealand branch of EMENDEE PTY LTD, which was registered on
24 September 2013 but which has never carried on business in New Zealand (as defined by the Companies Act 1993).
