Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that TIDEWATER MARINE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ("the Branch") will cease to carry on business in New Zealand from 31 May 2014.
The Branch will, on or after 5 September 2014, give notice to remove the Branch from the Overseas Companies Register pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act.
