It is the intention of LINVIC ENGINEERING LIMITED and its board of directors to execute the deregistration of LINVIC ENGINEERING LIMITED with the Companies Office and Inland Revenue Department on or before
31 August 2014.
LINVIC ENGINEERING LIMITED will not be preparing nor publishing audited financial statements for the financial year ending 31 March 2014.
Any and all public objections as to the deregistration of LINVIC ENGINEERING LIMITED should be lodged in writing with the Companies Office, Northern Business Centre, Private Bag 92061, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142, within three months after the date of publication of this notice.
