an Overseas Limited Partnership registered in Scotland and registered as an Overseas Limited Partnership under Part 3 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, intends to cease to carry on business through its registration and, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, will give notice to the Registrar stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
