FOOTYSUIT PTY LTD gives notice, under section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that it has not commenced to carry on business in New Zealand and does not intend to, and will make an application to be removed from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, within
20 working days of the date of this notice, the Registrar
may remove the company from the Register.
