Notice of Intention of Overseas Company to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
Notice is hereby given that the above-named overseas company, registered under Part 18 of the Act, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The company intends to give notice to the Registrar, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act, to remove the company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
