Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, FOUNDATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PTY LTD intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and be removed from the Overseas Register of Companies unless written objection is received by the Registrar within three months of the date of this notice.
