Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that DISCOVERY WORLDWIDE LIMITED ("the branch") will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The branch will, on or after 10 July 2014, give notice to remove the branch from the Overseas Companies Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act.
