Pursuant to Section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
Notice is hereby given that the above-named company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The company intends to give notice to the Registrar, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act, to remove the company from the Register not earlier than three months after the publication of this notice.
