Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CISCO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
